video studio 8se won't load error log always
just installed Video Studio 8se to find out that no matter how many times I re-install it I get the error messege that it has caused and that it will send a log to Microsoft. Why would it just not work and it's the cd not off the net?

It is possible that the first attempt to install VS8 was corrupt and any subsequent attempts have failed to removed the corrupted file.
