Subtitles don't show up at all

DVD Workshop doesn't display the subtitles after I create them.

They don't play in the Add/Edit subtitles box, the main window in the edit section, or the main window in the Finish section.

Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks for any help!

There are two possible reasons.
1. You have not installed the service packs
or
2. DVD Workshop Subtitles Missing after installing VS11+ / MF6+.

The following link is to a zip file.
Unzip the files to this location:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ulead Systems\DVD

You will now find that your sub titles will display correctly in DVD workshop 2 and also you will be able to import DVD's using
VideoStudio and MovieFactory and also MediaStudio.

Thats amazing, I really didn't think anyone could help me. And I always wondered why in every video studio since 9.0, it would lock up when i would try to import from a DVD. Whenever I had to I would just use 8, but thanks, now I can use 11!
