DVD slideshow back ground fuzzy

This is strange. Using an older Version on Movie Factory 3.5. But I made a slide show. It looks great when previewing. Music to it and all.

Now, when we burned it to DVD -R Memorex. It is clear. Then when I get to a photo where the background had a chainlink fence in it. All the sudden the photo would get fuzzy like every second then go away then come back. It would do this for a few slides. Then stop. Then I would get to a photo of green follage. Leafs and trees. If it was solid. It would start again. Every second, get fuzzy and then stop. Till I got to yet another photo of greenery. I tried to burn again. On a RW and it still did it.
So then I thought maybe it was my DVD player. So I tried the DVD in the computer playing through Media Center and the same thing. Man O Man. I put a lot of time into this and it is weird. It starts doing it when it is a follage background photo.

ANY ideas at all?

I guess I COULD try another computer, load movie factory on it and try it. This is a Gateway laptop. 2 gig ram Intel Core 2 Duo. The DVD drive/recorder in Device manager says HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T10N
