Easy Pallet is empty

When I ran the trial I had a ton of objects in the Easy Pallet. i just paid $129 for the full version and the Easy Pallet is empty! Please help

Welcome to the forums,

Did you purchase the box or ESD (download) version? If you have the boxed version, then you need to install the components, which generally are located on the second CD.

If you purchased the ESD, then you should have received another link in your email, which should allow you to download the components. If not then download them from HERE.

I did not receive an email for anything but the download for the main program. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

I apologize for Corel's negligence with your downloads. It seems this type if issue is becoming more frequent.

Hi, there's also a button on the toolbar (a globe with an orange arrow whoshing around it) which is 'component download' click there and it'll take you also to your easy pallett components.
