Finally, I hadn't enough time to try your adviced, but I was looking for all you wrote in your post and I could fin everything.
I want to tell you something strange. Today I took the DVD that in my DVD Player makes all the people fat to another DVD Player and TV, and there I could watch the movie without problems. In my tv, the images don't reach the top and the bottom of the tv, but in this one the images fit in the screen perfectly.
Is this information important? If you think this, write me.
Thank you again and when I have news, I will tell you the results.
Regards.
Video much wide
Wrong end of the stick, that one's the Son of my Enemy! Anyway, Rio was in Brazil last time I heard! My throat is half way between the two countries, though, La Garganta del Diablo. I really roar there!

Bad news
I tried to do your advices, but the video continues wide. I tried to change the setup of the DVD player and the TV, but the image is always the same.
I told you I watched this movie in other DVD player and it was good. I can't understand what happen. In the past I made a lot of DVD's with AVI files (different movies) and I never had problems, but if I try to make de DVD with the file I get with Ulead MediaStudio Pro, I get the wide movie.
It is strange in the other DVD player the image reaches the bottom and the top of the screen, but in my TV the image has a black bar at the top and another one (smaller) in the bottom.
If you have another idea, please, give it to me.
Regards, and sorry to be so annoying.

Congratulations! you have whittled it down to two possible causes - your TV or your DVD Player. MSP seems blameless. You now have to connect your DVD Player to another TV. If the distortion disappears your TV is at fault. If distortion prevails connect another DVD Player to your first TV. Bet it is your TV !juan_pedro wrote:Today I took the DVD (disc) that in my DVD Player makes all the people fat to another DVD Player and TV, and there I could watch the movie without problems. The above test might not be easy for the technically challenged. DVD Theater Systems can be frightening to connect up. If you are likely to get in trouble with the wife

Well, finally, I found a solution. I used TMPGenC Plus to convert the AVI file to an M2V and an MP2 files. Aspect ratio indicated 4:3 625 line (PAL, 704x576). I changed this to 1:1 (VGA). Then I used another program to make the DVD, and I hadn't problems any more.
Thank you for your answers.
Now, I have another question, but I think it is better to start a new post.
Thanks again.
