Hi.

Does Ulead supports true HD? (1920*1080)

Does Ulead supports both 720 and 1080 in both interlaced and progressive mode?

Which framerates does Ulead supports? 24p, 25p, 50p?

Yes, in the Mpeg2 format and all standard framerates, when you select mpeg2 as the encoder there is quite a few choices to select for the framerate. If you select DVD in the encoder you will only get 29.97/25 as a framerate selection. You have to manually select mpeg2 which is very simple to do.
ulead uses the mainconcept encoder both for mpeg & h264 encoding.
