Pioneer DBC-2022 plays blueray disks choppy

If I play a blueray dvd it buffering every second. If I play a standard disk the system seems to play fine with no problems. I have watched the system and the WinDVD will take about 98% of the CPU and only takes 12-20% of the CPU. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, made sure that the region settings are proper, and checked to see if the Blueray disk is functioning properly. I have called pioneer and they said that the engineers were supposed to call back. Its been a week. Blueray DVD doesn't show in Media Center, while a standard DVD will show and play with no issues video or sound. The system stats are as follows;
CPU: Intel Dual Core 3.0Ghz
RAM: 2GB DDR 667Mhz
Video: GeForce 7600GS 256MB
HD: 250GB

Please let me know if you have any suggestions. I would like to get this working, and pioneer hasn't made me feel as if they are willing to help resolve the issue.
