Testing on VS10+ with the issue on VS11+

There are 2 major problems for me on VS11+:

1) Can't capture HDV (HDR-HC3)
2) System crash when adding chapter, and no preview under "Create Disc"

Today, I just asked my friend to borrow the VS10+ to test on my Vista Ultimate machine. Oops!! All the problems are no longer occur. Quite smooth capturing process with my HDR-HC3, although can't capture the video with splitting by scene. The preview and jog dial under "Create Disc" works prefect now, and no problem with adding chapter....

But some minor issues found in VS10+ on my Vista Ultimate up to now:

1) The Aero is not function when I opened the VS10+
2) can't add the .m2t file into the timeline which captured from HDVSplit, any work around?

And then... how's my VS11+? Could I ask Corel to get downgrade to VS10+? Any compensation? Can Corel fix the problem on the forthcoming patch? When can it be released?

These two issues have been addressed before. I'm sure a Search will provide the answers.

Just unistalled the VS10+, since it is not belonging to me.... This is just a testing, and at least proved it is not the problem from my machine and OS, but from Ulead/Corel....

However, how should I treat my VS11+??

I have VS11+ working now under Vista, actually quite well. Capturing some HDV again and it's very smooth. The fielding problem is gone from TS stream files. There is one nice feature with capturing HDV , when there isn't any more data stream from the tape the program stops the cam and goes into stop mode, waiting for your input. I don't have to babysit a HDV tape being captured.
Finally I can import m2ts, m2t avchd video files and their properties are displayed correctly. Then export them out to HD-DVD format and the conversion is very good. I can import avchd from a mini-dvd using the import from dvd/-vr function or insert the m2t or m2ts files directly into the timeline.

this is the exact same problem as I am having. No preview in create disc. Its all greyed out. Go to do chapters and it closes down, or freezes. I already have VS 10+ on this machine and it works perfectly. This happens both on my Vista laptop and my windows xp media edition desktop.Its driing me crazy.

Asking thebluehealer to assit me in the installation download of Ulead Video 10 Plus.
I have purchased the download from Element 5 online and each time that I download the program everything is fine until I install.
I get a message that reads "Installer can not find Ulead Video studio 10 Plus ESD". Please install first.

I am stuck. If you can offer me some help I would be grateful.
