*.vsp file format

Hi

Anybody know of software to convert *.vsp file format to others?

The VSP file is just a text file that contains the info for your source files, there's no media data in it. You can import it into MSP. It's also propietary so I doubt it.

.vsp isn't a file format as such. It certainly isn't a video file of any type. It is a shorthand notation system, intelligible only to Video Studio, saying that you want (for instance) the first half of this clip, the second half of that clip, this transition, that sound file etc etc etc. All the clips referred to are located on your hard drive.
The next step is to go to Share - Create Video File. Use the "recipe" you have created (the vsp file) to create a new video file. This can be DV, mpeg, etc etc.
So the short answer to your question - the software is Video Studio.

You can open .VSP file in MSP7 with Service Pack 2 and in DVD MovieFactory 4 as a video file, however the SmartSound clip will be muted.
