DFM DC4 and DVD-Ram

Hello everybody.
I am trying to use DVD-Ram with DFM DC4 (Edit or Uesd as source for a new DVD). Both uses are very difficult and lead to a severe stop in my PC.
Edit: is able to list Video sequences, sometime I can play the sequence but soon system is blocked (alt/cntl/del) and reboot with sometime bad message.
Paste: sequences are identified, they can be pasted but as for Edit the system fails after a while.
My config: DFMDC4/Pionner107D(level1.20)/DVD made in a JVC DRm1 desk.

I do not suggest to use Pioneer DVR-107D to read DVD-RAM, however you can report the problem to Ulead Tech Support.

You will get faster response if you use the phone service.
