I'd like to be able to create a DVD - Audio "Only", but with a creatable Menu, for example....
If I were to take 10 CD's of music and transfer these to 10 folders of MP3's,
I'd like to be able to burn them off to DVD, place images of the CD covers on the opening menu, and have each image clickable to select an album of my choice. and of course be able to just play from start to finish if I wanted.
As far as I can see - DVD Movie Factory - you can create a Music DVD, but if you load folder (album) of music in, then another it loads the individual tracks one after the other, and does not group them separately, so you end up with a dvd full of tracks - not grouped into albums.
If I'm mistaken I'd appreciate any direction for achieving this... but it doesn't seem possible from the admitedly quick look at the tbyb I'v got.
I take it the "menu" would be taken from the track titles?
( sorry perhaps I should go all the way through and see what the actual results are by creating one - but I don't see where you get the chance to create or edit the menu )
thanks.
Music DVD + Menu??
This is very easy to do with MF6+. There are many different methods you could use.
You want to convert them to MP3, in MF6+ you can create a MP3 disk, dvd audio disk, dvd video/audio disk.
My preference would be to use either Lpcm on the dvd (dvd-audio disk), or for a video disk use Dolby 2/0 or 5.1.
If I wanted to create a dvd that had custom audio like you want to do I would construct the dvd around slideshow video. Dvd's have to use some form of video on them to do what you want, even if the video is black (black is still picture information).
