Failed to convert audio file error 80041c22

I am getting this error when I try to create my DVD of slideshows. I had mp3 and wav files added to the slide shows. I removed all the sound files and just had one mp3 file and I got the same error message. So I then removed the mp3 file and added a wav file and I still got the same message???? Am I doing something wrong. Is there certain criteria that the MP3 files or wav files should be???? New to this.

Also on the first DVD I made I had videos from my digital camera, when it came to the part of the dvd with the videos it only showed the first frame??? Help
