Forgive me if this has already been posted and addressed. I searched the forum for answers and ended up here because I cannot find what I am looking for.
Problem: Downloaded "free" flash animations from the web and when I click on them in my explorer window, they play just fine. When I transfer them into VS 11+, they not only don't play, but they report only one frame. I used the insert files command which I remember someone here saying that is the way to get .tga files to work, and they do work fine.
Am I missing something that I should be doing? or are these files locked out of VS 11+? Much respect to all replies and thanks for your time.

Unfortunately, I did search the forum before posting, to no avail; however, thank you for replying, I always enjoy your postings.
I am not sure I understand what you mean by reinstalling the flash player that comes with VS. The flash animations that are already in the program work just fine. It is when I attempt to use other .swf extentions, they don't want to play. Yet, they play when I open them in my Explorer window. Curious!!!
Thanks again for your reply!!!
