Font issue

This has probably been asked, but I can't find it!;) I want to use one of the templates for a project, BUT I would like to add a shadow on the menu text. Is there ANY way to do this? I like certain parts of several templates, for example, I like a polaroid type frame on one but there is no shadow on that text and I want to change the background. So the text there is there is too light and it just needs a shadow on it.

That particular frame is NOT in the frames list.. can I put it there somehow to mix and match?

Also, in MF4, I used to be able to copy a font change to ALL chapters. Can I do that in 6? Like if I resize it to 24.. I USED to be able to hit the button to make the changes apply to all chapters.
