I have an ATI TV wonder pro remote control edition video card. I could not get the tv multimedia centre to load. I got and installed the latest multimedia centre software and now the TV software loads and works fine as a capture card. However now Ulead DVD movie factory will load but when I attempt to select "create video disc" it starts to load then I get the microsoft message " Ulead DVD Movie Factory has encoutered a problem and need to close" It then closes and goes back to the create video disc screen.
I would appreciate any help or advice I can get.

Hi,
Is that the new HD card?
Anyway, if your using 2 screens with that card with the expanded
desktop can cause problems. Usually better to capture using ATI's
software with a setting of P=4, B=2 "Closed GOP's"
It may not be the video card. Do you have a dvd in the drive?
Try removing the dvd if so.
