Video Studio 10 fails when creating video file

I record game tracks using a video capture program called FRAPS this record the raw avi file uncompressed. I then take it through VS10 edit/title/share. I save it in its original format to them compress it in another program. I recently have been getting this half way through the the share process. It seems to save the whole project to avi and the sound is still there but the video stops at something like this: VS10-problem
