Should I downgrade the VideoStudio to 10?

I encountered too many bugs on using VS11+, e.g. Can't Capture Video from my HDV (Sony HDR-HC3), no preview under "Create Disc", and crash problem (VS11+ shutdown automatically) when adding chapter...

Should I downgrade to using VS10+? Can I use my serial no. with VS11+ on VS10+?

I remember you did install the latest directx 9.0C updates, correct?

Question: Do you have any other ulead software installed on the computer now or did you have any other ulead software installed before installing VS11+?
Even if the other software were trial versions it does matter.

And to answer your other question: no, you will not be able to use the VS11 serial number with VS10...

No, I'm using Vista Ultimate and coming with directx 10....

No, this is the first Ulead software I installed into this computer.

I've updated the case that the capturing problem with Sony HDR-HC3, but should I quote the add chapter problem in that thread as well??
