After installed Video Studio 11 Plus, inserting any mpg or avi file and then going to 'Share' and attempting to create chapters. I am unable to see a jog bar in the preview window to make chapters manually. The only choice given is to make chapters automatically at a set interval. When I click on that single option an error box comes up and says that VideoStudio has crashed and will have to close down.
Anyone know what's going on with this problem??
