Does MSP 7 support MPEG-2 with AC3 audio?

I can capture my video from my mini DVD using Video Capture 7, and I can play the captured mpg using windows media player. However, when I inserted this video clip into MSP 7's timeline, I saw only a video clip in the Va track, but no audio track. When I play it, there was no audio/sound.

Does MSP 7 support MPEG-2 with AC3 for video AND audio editing? (ie I want to edit both the audio and video of my clips) Did I miss anything to load/insert/capture my clips?

Your expertise advice is greatly appreciated.

FYI, after I applied the service pack 2 from ulead site, it works perfectly now.
