VideoStudio vs MovieFactory

Any difference between these 2 softwares?

I found the features and product description are very similar.....

VS is a video editor that has some basic authoring capabilities. MF is a DVD authoring app with some basic video editing capabilities. Depends on what you are using it for.

I basically only use VS, as my menus are usually pretty simple. But many people on this forum actually use both. They like (and need) the more advanced editing and also want (and need) the more advanced authoring.

And I use MediaStudioPro 8, which is a lot more advanced than VS (although VS 11+ is coming closer if and when it works on your machine) but still use MovieFactory to author my DVD's
