I have problem to get a fresh installation of Filmbrennerei 6. I have had the trial version. This I liked to uninstall and install the origianl software. The uninstall procedure wasn't able to uninstall the program. The procedure pops up with an error message "there is installation already. Please uninstall".
Therefore I have cleaned up all registry entries with Ulead (1000 snds
).Than I used my original CD. The setup programs starts and than came the message ( the installation will be continued ...). Than the installation starts and only the tools will be installed.
There is somewhere a entry that the installation routine meens to continue the installation.
Is there anybody who knows or have had the same problem.
Is there a uninstall tool to clean up the whole installation of Ulead?
I have still open a case but until now no answer.
