I had to reinstall Windows

I had to reinstall Windows. My folders are there but I can'y access them.

I'm sorry I did not explain myself well enough. When I reinstalled window my photoimpact 12 and dvd moviefactory icons were no longer available. I have since found the original files I downloaded and have gone through the reinstallation of both of these programs. I had the serial number written down and everything seems to be working just fine. thanks for your help.
