problem in burning video in vs10plus

hi,
I am now using vs10plus. Earlier I used vs7 & 8. But a similar problem arrives in all the versions. After burning a video(to mpeg or dvd format) I come to see that the video is not smooth running (in vlc player or m.player or any other medea player). The vedio haults/jerks just like mobile phone videos of 15 fps. But when I burn it vis nero....it works very good. Why it so? pl. help.
kly tell what is smart rendering and its usefullness. enable smart render causes good output or bad output?
also what's new in vs11 exept hdv facilities? is it works and exports video faster and better quality than vs10 plus?

Sounds like it could be a field order problem.

Please read the first post at the top of this forum and provide the requested info.
