Could someone please let me know what settings should be selected to render an avi for use on ntsc for best quality

Could someone please let me know what settings should be selected to render an avi for use on ntsc for best quality

Just use evrything at the ouput stage set on highest quality. For development, use lower quality.

The project is a 3d model, so settings for development and output wont matter. Except for when you render it.

In other words, you WANT to develope in the lowest settings for speed. But, when you are finished, change the settings to the highest.

Vector graphics are not specific to quality, which is why you use low settings to create, then can switch to high to output.
