VideoStudio 9 / Slow Motion special effect?

Hi
I was just wondering whether version 9 of Ulead Video Studio has the special effect of "slow motion". I think its such a basic special effects feature that it must be there. I searched endlessly in the program but didn't find it. is it there?
and If its not there, can i download that special effects to the program from some site?

I can't remember if it was in version 9 or not but what you are looking for is a feature called "Playback Speed." Try looking in the manual or Help files for that.
Basically it allows you to slow down or speed up the rate at which the clip displays. In you case, slow down.

On the VS9 Edit screen, the Playback Speed control is in the top left of screen, below the clock, flip buttons and colour correction button.
