I think members will want to know much more details of your workflow- exactly what you are doing with what camera. and softare version etc. Also what do mean about the audio, do you only want video with no sound?

I think he may be using the DV to DVD Wizard, but I have never used that so can't help anyway.
My own recommendation, though, would be to use the Editor module, rather than a Wizard. You get more control that way.You capture your video in DV format and do any editing also in that format.
After editing, you first convert the project (as we recommend) to DVD compatible mpeg-2: Share > Create Video File > DVD.
Once you have your mpeg-2, save your project, then open a new one. Don't worry about a name for it -- the objective is just to clear the timeline.
Then you go to Share > Create Disc, insert your new mpeg-2 into the burning timeline, make your menu and burn. Also, make sure 'do not convert compliant mpeg files' is ticked in the middle of the three icons in the bottom left of the burning screen. You should not have to adjust any of the properties in the burn module.

I think there is a point in the DV to DVD Wizard where you have a choice to proceed to the burning step or to have you project open in the VS Editor to make final adjustments.
It is at this point you should choose to do so and you will see in the timeline view that there is a sound file in the Music track. Delete this then go to Share and follow the lovely Ken's steps from there.
