Vista disables programs after I install Video Studio 11

Bottom line is that Corel needs to address this issue appropriately. Users should not need to dig into the registry, etc.

I am still awaiting a response from Corel.

In the meantime, I just left the programs disabled by Vista.

The only other option I can think of is to uninstall VS11+ and leave it off this computer Twisted Evil since it is also totally p*ssing me off right royally because ...

I agree that this is not a Microsoft Problem. This is a problem where programs are designed thinking they have admin priviledges. I actually applaud MS this time around that they have shut this type of stuff down. I had the same problem and deleted the registry entries from startup.
Now using Adobe Premiere and Photoshop
