Dear All,
I reading all the last months correspondence between the hopless useres and the site administrators and i'm shocked to see each time that they address the users to check the problem in their own computer.Until now i worked with DMF4 and it worked perfectly with analog tape but with mini dv tape i needed to swich to DMF6.I downloaded the trial version and it just dont work!!!It is full of buges and get stucked all the time while swiching clips ,also stuck wile processing to video and never complete the requested job!i tries it with 1 core,2 core hi speed processors,0.5 g ram memory and 1g -still dont work!I think that the least corel/ulead should do is admite the problem,go public with when it will be fixed and when there will be new and working triel version.As i'm expecting some "weird unswers"from the company representatives please ,my dear users,if you think i'm right-dont hesitate to remark!

I had a very helpful answer from the technician, when I made a service phone call.
If the supervisors on this forum can't give you an answer, it is a complex problem. I would suggest that you call the service number provided in your software.

Thanks for your comment.
However this is not only my personal problem.see our friends in the support forum-everybody has this bug or the other,and with all due recpect i'm not going to make changes in my computer just for DMF6 -it should be plug and play(like DMF4).
To your information and all ,to avoid excuses of "clashes"between programs - i formated completely my computer and reinstalled win xp and than reinstalled the DMF6 trial version(after downloading a new fresh version from the e-site),so this is the only program in the system ,and guess what.....still didnt work!
Dont get me wrong,i'm working for years with DMF4,i love this software,i'm used to it,and its a shame to start studing new software when the DMF6 looks so convenient - but it simply dont work!!!
