I wrote a question to the support regarding the update of my account due to the fact that my Email has changed question reference 070919-000228 sent the 09/17/2007, akwolegment message received : no answer as of today
I try to translate the issue, to update my account, your site oblige me to give a company name and to give the number of employees in my company, but the box for the the number has no rolling menu and refuse all number, moreover I am retired
so I am stuck unable to change may Email, unable to send a message as I am not login : I am stuck an you give no answer
it is not fair from your side
most probably, the information about an answer will be send to the old email adress and I will not received it

for the time being it is not an issue with Photoimpact, but a problem with the Ulead/corel site
I am unable to send an email to the webmatser : I must be registered, but I am unable to update my account, consequence I am unable to contat them to ask them the account modification in french we call that "a vicious circle"
I tried to have a contact through the forum, on other forum the manufacturer has a look on such forum and give answer for such case. Apparently it is not the Ulead/Corel policy, it is very disappointing
perhaps I am wrong to buy Ulead product all along the years, il would be more clever to move to Adobe
