Sub Menus - can it go back to menu and not next clip.

All - I have been searching these forums and I think I know the answer to this but I thought I would ask.

I have a main menu in MF6 and I have 7 videos. 3 are single clips they play and then they go back to the main menu. I have 4 others which are segments from games. I want to have the name of the game on the main menu and when they choose it - it takes them to a submenu where they can play either highlights or unedited footage of the game. I can create this by joining them together making a chapter menu. But being a chapter if they choose the first video it plays then goes to the next and then to the menu for that game. I want it not to play the next video but to go back to the chapter menu. I dont think this can be done but I felt I should ask.

Also everytime you go to the main menu it replays the animation/motion is there any way to only have it play once and not when you return from each segment on that menu?

Not sure what this link is showing me. I see that it shows how to make chapters but that isnt my problem. I wanted to know if I could make an early chapter stop playing and go back to chapter menu. In looking at your chapter creation section I see that a chapter chosen plays that chapter and then continues to end and then goes to chapter menu. So I guess that is saying that my question is not possible. No?
