PI10 and Downloaded Components

I can't download the components for the PI10. from http://www.ulead.com/pi/esd2.htm webpage

It sounds like a server issue. Often, the Ulead servers get overloaded. Try again for each file separately.

Download permanently not working. Maybe other link, other attachment file in mail? I can write email address with unrestricted capacity.

Sorry but we are not Ulead, just users like yourself with a bit more experience. The server is definitely out of action, all links are dead.

Which version of PI 10 do you have? A trial or a full version download?

I have the full version. I've buyed and downloaded it from the Ulead website.
Later, they sent me the CD but it not contains the components.

The web site clearly states this:

Please note: The below components are only for trial (TBYB - Try Before You Buy) versions of PhotoImpact that have been upgraded. Owners that have downloaded full versions of PhotoImpact do not need these components, because they are already included in the original software package.

The troublesome modules are part of the full version and do not need to be downloaded again. However, PhotoExplorer, Album and Gif Animator as well as the Cool 360 program and the Component designer templates are not contained in the full version.
