Videostudio 11 Plus Wont Open?

Everytime i try to open it it loads but never opens i have tried clickin on the projects, in the folders and everything else! Its a trial version and i have installed and reinstalled a good few times but it still wont work so can someone please help?

Try running the program using a Windows Administrator Account.
You can do this from a normal user account by right clicking the short cut icon and selecting [Run As]
