video 11 plus Import DVD problem

hi there
i am hoping someone can help me more than the official support mechanisim i have just purchased 11+ upgrade super sedeing V 7 the reason was to be able to import dvd video into the soft ware problem is when i import i can see chapters in left hand colum but when i click on them it kicks me out with the following error message
AppName: vstudio.exe AppVer: 11.0.0.0 ModName: h264vdechpdll.dll
ModVer: 1.0.0.15 Offset: 00050ae6
this happens when i click on detail for error
any help wouuld be appreciated as i have a video presentation i need to get finished by the weekend

have the video showing up but the import buttons on the window are grey and dont work!!
any help appreciated

Did you tick the little box to the left of each video clip your selected for import?

UMMMM the short answer is no didnt realise they required to be clicked as when i highlighted title the video came up in the preview box (:oops:)
