cover someones face

Hello
in VS11+ can I blur out or "blue-circle" someone in a clip to cover their face? I have a clip that I shot at a public event and I got someones face in the clip. If I wanted to put the clip on YouTube, I would want to block them out so I would not upset them. Can this be done?

You can use just about any object you want. Just put it in an Overlay track. If there is a lot of movement of the person you would have to adjust it, possibly frame by frame.
