It is possible with UVS11 Plus to create an effect earthquake?

Try the "ghost motion" filter.. You will have to play with it, and look for hours of experimenting. But, you will find what you want with that one.

I have tried this method now for quite some time and am not finding a solution. I, like Luis, am looking to shake the video much the way it would look if the camera were sitting on a tripod that was lightly bumped (inducing a tight, rapid shaking).

Anyone know any trick?

I think that VideoStudio Pro X4 comes with the NewBlueFX Sampler effects collection which includes the "Active Camera" effect.
MotionStudio 3D 1.0; Corel VideoStudio Ultimate X7 (w/o sp1) (Download), Corel PaintShop Pro 15.2.0.12 (Download)
