Border around a video

This is kind of a newb question but I haven't been able to figure it out on my own and I did do a search on "Borders" before asking. I'm using Video Studio 11 and I often place videos in an overlay layer and resize them. It works great, but is there anyway that I can place a border around these videos? Thanks very much.

You can place any sort of border you like around your video - for instance have a look at the middle screen shot on this web page :-

With your clip selected in an Overlay track, click on the Attribute tab. On the top left of the tab will be two boxes. The top one is the Transparency level, the bottom one is the Border level. Click on the box to the right of it to select your color.
