mediastudio pro 8 - using VS10 projects

I reformated my pc , then reinstalled mediastudio pro 8.
Instaled all conponets and service pack1 , but cant open projects saved in videostuido 10

Thank you all for your help.
I got it to work by uninstalling MediaStudio Pro 8 , then removing all files in search and windows explor then reinstalling the program and now it works.

Normal! VS10 postdates MSP8, so cannot be aware of the coding. Sorry!

Our advice has always been to complete a project using the Product (VideoStudio/MediaStudio) and the version (7,8,9 etc) that was used initially.

Or, just render to Mpeg-2 in VS10 and go from there..

SP1 is supposed to provide support for VideoStudio 10 projects. That's probably why the original poster is asking the question.

I am able to load VS10 projects (VSP) into MSP no problem...
