When burning menu links get messed up

I am using MF 5 and created a new project which I added 9 slideshows into. At this stage I saved the project, I then proceded and created the menu, created the disk image and burnt the disk and it all worked fine.

However twice now I have reloaded my saved project and created a different menu and added music in, I then create the disk image and burn the disk. When I play the disk I've burnt the front menu page comes up ok but the 9 slideshows are all jumbled around and it's not how I created it. before creating the images I have clicked on the trash can to empty the temporary files.

Any ideas as I don't really want to have to create all the slideshows from scratch again?????
