Blurring faces on video clips? VS10+

Hi there
I have searched but cannot find out if this is possible in VS10+, or if i have to use MSP8 to achieve the blurring of small sections of video clips where the identity of the person needs to be hidden, but those around them are seen as normal. I have the trial version of MSP8 but haven't found a means to blur faces yet.

If this is not possible in VS10+ is there a plug-in that can be added to achieve that result?

Any other suggestions?

Thanks Lab - I guess it doesn't matter which 2 filters Steve used to create the mask before blurring?
