No colour or sound

I have reinstalled vs 11 + on xp and cant get colour or sound, I also notice as I am captureing PAL dvd 720*576 stereo that all my templates are NTSC.

Did you selct your country AND PAL when installing VS, it sounds like you didn't.[/u]

I have tried doing it with pal and ntsc, also reinstalled version 9 and same problem with colour but got sound. hmmm

i am dual booting with vista and xp, vs 11+ is on xp, i am using a belkin hi speed usb 2.0 dvd creator(wont work on vista). vista is my C drive on a partition E is my xp. out put my capture to a seperate drive D.

Why set your capture properties on installation to NTSC, you are in a PAL country aren't you? Or do you mean your just set the capture properties once the installation had taken place, which won't help if the app thinks it's working in ntsc with a pal input.
