Hello I am new here I searched the forums rabidly trying to find a person who shares my issue. Maybe you all can help or give me some ideas on how to handle this situation.
Description of the Problem: This error comes up when i tried to install PI11 on my laptop. I also included what tech support has told me in an email.
It gives an error during installation stating:
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\windows\system32\msiexec.exe
R6034
An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
Here is my laptop info.
Computer Make/Model: Dell/Inspiron 600M
Operating System/Version: XP
Hard Drive Space Available: 11.6 GB
Amount of RAM: 1GB
Nova Product in question: PhotoImpact Pro 11
Purchase Place: Office Max

You will have to contact NOVA support with this. NOVA market the PI Pro in the US but their PI code is modified and Ulead cannot help with that. You can easily see that the code is manipulated by the fact that NOVA PI Pro does not allow any other PI version to be installed when installing PI Pro. At times I have 3 to 4 different PI versions installed, all working happily side by side.
