Synchronizing speeds

Hi:
I have a small problem with the speed and synchronization of clips of video in UVS11.-

This it is a small example to which I talk about:

In this image it is possible to be seen, in detail, as it is the problem:

The problem is more well-known when adding more clips in movement.-

Solutions?
I did not know to add the video of youtube. Sorry.-

If you want to remove the gap between the two clips you have to re-position them. Click on a clip in the timeline, then move it where you want in the Preview window.

I have treated, but one of clips always accelerates in some point and loses the synchronization.
As they see in the example of Youtube, clips goes patches in the beginning, but soon one goes ahead or the other is delayed.-

I have already proven moving clips in all the positions but the problem, apparently, is that they take different speeds and becomes impossible to obtain a synchronization. -
