Playback of blu-ray movies stutters very badly on WinXP, same discs on the same computer play perfectly using PowerDVD.
Any Ideas?

uninstalled previous versions?
I couldn't play Blu-Ray at all on my computer until I played around and realized that an earlier version of WinDVD on my PC was causing the trouble. After I did an uninstall and re-install then everything worked fine. Maybe you already tried, but if not then it's at least worth a try.
