Yes I did Look around first, Screen Cap help!

I don't even have a "Capture" subdirectory in my Program Files. There's no icon on the top bar with a camera. I have WinDVD 8 and I gosh I just hate Vista. My XP worked just fine, I'd do anything for my old computer back. it might have been slow but at least it did the job.

My question: How on Earth do I screen cap? I tried going into the commands part and when it got to the part where you click in the check mark box, it's shaded out to where it's already been clicked and I can't adjust it.
