How to back up my library

Hi i am currently going to wipe my computer and i wondering if there is anyway i can backup my title library or image library. Because i have alot of titles i have made over the year and i would like to keep them!!

You should backup the following folder(s)
C:\Documents and Settings\your username\Application Data\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio\xx where xx is the version number of Videostudio you are using eg 10.0 or 11.0 etc
