That link takes you to a web page.
There you have to click to email Corel.
That takes you to another page where you're supposed to search for help.
Click the tab that says email.
Create another account -- one that is different from this page
Uncheck the spot for Corel to email me spam advertisements.
Click continue
Post your question
Fill out a bunch of mandatory pull-down boxes.
Click --not submit-- "Suggested Responses"
Then click to submit.

There it looks like I *might* have found the answer I didn't find by search tech support earlier. I'm working on it. (Here's the full story of my problem. http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=26040 )

OK, none of the suggested "before you email check this" help did anything.....I continue on trying to email.

I go back to the original Corel support location, closing all javascript windows, and click " If you still require an answer... Submit Question."

What do I get?
Fatal error: Unable to open E:\RIGHTNOW\scripts\rightnow.cfg\scripts/enduser/home.php in Unknown on line 0
I see the main site / technical support is just as good as the software they put out.

Not only have I now jumped through hoops, created another new log in, and followed way too many steps.....Corel is still impossible to email.
