Hi Folks,
I'm a novice with this program and I suspect this will be an easy question...
How can I capture just one frame in my video to use like a regular .jpg? (I got the program from a guy at church but he didn't get me the manual. ) Thanks in advance!
Frank

Needing to know the version -- yes, that would help.
But in any version, you find the individual frame you want to save (position the cursor in the Timeline), and click on "Save as Still Image" or similar option. This may be a button, or a menu item. In VS8 it's an item under Tools.
The image will be saved in one of the folders you have designated in File > Preferences. It will also appear in the Library as a thumbnail. The image will be in the format you have designated.
Quality will NOT be the same as a digital still image taken with a digital camera.
