Frame capture

I would like to know if I can do a frame capture and convert to a jpg and save in My Pictures?

I'm sure it's in the manual. But on the Edit page of VS, with the frame you want in the preview screen, then in the centre right of screen is a button 'Save as still image'. In File > Preferences > Capture you have the option to (previously) set the still image capture format to either JPEG or Bitmap...
