Following all changes from the dvd and creating numerous clips , which save function will create a project file combing the clips into one. The "save' or the "save as" function?
I am using dvd+ media and have been having some burning problems as well.

I have no idea what you mean when you say this:
However, if you have clips in the timeline, and have saved them already as Project A, then if you make further edits, or even if not, you can save them as Project B by using Save As. And then, as above, you save any subsequent edits to the same project file using Save.
However, as for the rest, it depends on what steps you have already taken. If you have a number of clips in the timeline but have not yet saved them as a project, then both Save and Save As can be used to create a single project of all the clips. Thereafter, you save any subsequent edits to the same project file using Save.Following all changes from the dvd

The "Save" and "Save As" functions in VideoStudio are just the same as in every other software programme.
The 'Save' function just saves whatever you have in the software to an existing .vsp file if you have one - or to a new .vsp file if you have not saved your work before.
The 'Save As' function also saves whatever you have in the software to a .vsp file but this option allows you to create a new .vsp file with a new name, for instance to create a new project or merely create a backup of an existing one.
If you are wanting to create one video file with all your clips joined together then you must use "Share >> Create Video File" - not a save function.
