Motion menus don't match thumbnails

Hi all,

If I create menus, adjust the thumbnail to a place other than the beginning of the chapter, the motion menus still plays from the beginning of the chapter regardless.
If I don't use motion menus, then the thumbnail is ok (not at beginning).

Bug?

Hope you find an answer. Maybe it will also explain why the last half of my still thumbnails don't match the frame I selected.

Hi,

Unfortunately, in DMF 3.0, the motion starts at the chapter point (not where you select the thumbnail).

Thank-you. That's a real bummer. Almost negates that great feature of motion menus....

Hello,

The thumbnail issue (incorrect chapter thumbnail display) was resolved with the Update Pack Build 300P01, Release Date: 2004/06/03.

Hi,

The chapter button Motion still starts from the beginning of the chapter point, and not the thumbnail...

That is correct. I have given ULEAD feedback on this option. Hopefully, this will be adjusted through a possible patch or upgrade.

In fact, what is a motion menu?
Can I have a menu with only motion thumbnails for the video titles as buttions for selection together with a still image of my own for the menu background?
